Audio assistance from 407 gear - 407

Friends, when the vehicle exceeds 3000 rpm, there is a flickering sound starting from the bottom of the full gear lever. But when I removed the bellows, I came across a rubber protection. Does anyone know how to disassemble this? The sound comes from this.

that yellowish thing is the jam nut. But I need to look at how to disassemble the bellows. I never disassemble. I can suggest this. If the bellows is soft at the bottom, there is a side that goes in that direction. Maybe it will be visible.

I tried pulling it up, but it didn't happen, hodja. If it is not removed from here, how to apply grease and soften the ridiculous gear.

I dismantled my teacher at last. There is a separate piece around that tire, like the tire, I pulled it up from the bottom after I removed it. I cut the tire from the bottom with a utility knife, but it came out like this. I hope I get lubricated.
