that yellowish thing is the jam nut. But I need to look at how to disassemble the bellows. I never disassemble. I can suggest this. If the bellows is soft at the bottom, there is a side that goes in that direction. Maybe it will be visible.

There is a separate piece around that tire, like the tire, I pulled it up from the bottom after I removed it. I cut the tire from the bottom with a utility knife, but it came out like this.
