armpit sockets

I couldn't solve my airbag problem. I opened the bottom of the steering wheel. I couldn't see a socket or something. my car is 206 roland garros 2000. I wonder where they call these armpit sockets. I couldn't see any wires under the seat. My airbag light flashes persistently.
