Angel headlight selection

My car is the 2004 model xline triptonic 206 and I am trying to make some changes to the vehicle gradually, and I wanted to get your opinion by thinking that it is the angel headlights of the queue. According to angel headlights, I think it is due to the fact that it is a double lens. It is very important for me to have a double lens. I think that I do not have the right to blind other drivers who come in front of me. friends, i am thinking of getting angel but i am unstable of double lens or single lens what is the benefit? on the other hand, they say that the angels did not have much illumination, but what is it?

Yes, in rainy weather, many people complain about the angels, I guess, because the rain grains break the light.

Friends, I decided on the angel headlights that I presented above, but for these headlights with both lenses, how many kelvin would you recommend for h7 to fit white light (except for blue-purple) to the xenon ballasts in my hand would be enough to have 4300k lenses.
