My problem is an aluminum tube under the air filter box. The pipe was broken from its kink but I couldn't figure out what it worked for. Does anyone know the name of the pipe, its function and the harm of using it this way?

You'd better take a photo. You have to understand whether the pipe you mentioned is original or not. Normally I do not remember aluminum pipes.

He is the Egr pipe. If the egr is not canceled, exhaust fumes will escape from the broken part of the pipe.
