Airbag in the passenger seat?

My friends car partner tepee 2011. As a result of an accident, the airbag in the passenger seat exploded. I am thinking of getting this airbag, but they put some fluffy price in the service. There are companies that do airbag repair in Istanbul, they said we will make 250 TL including brain and belts. Do you think I'll get that much money to service or have Istanbul man. I would be glad if anyone who has met this way before gives a mind.
