Airbag and ABS fault

Hello brothers and sisters, I'm your young brother and bought my first car today. It's a Peugeot 206 XT 1.6 gasoline engine. After buying the car, we started it up and drove home. When we first started the car, I noticed the words "ABS fault" and then "Airbag fault" displayed repeatedly on the red-background screen in the center of the car. The car doesn't pull away at all, but it screeches to a halt when I apply the brakes. What's wrong with this car? How can I fix these issues? Thank you.

Also, when the car is running, there is a high-pitched noise even at idle, like something is rubbing when turning. I called a friend of mine and showed him, he said it was a v-belt problem, there was a ticking noise coming from the left wheel when driving, he also said it was a shock absorber mount, but he told me not to worry as these are not expensive things.
