Air sound from the brake?

When I press the brake, it sounds like it is pumping something like it is pumping, I realized it is normal something?

It is normal to hear air when pumping the brake when the vehicle is not running. even after pumping for a while, the brake pedal becomes hard and becomes immobile. hydraulic activates and improves when the vehicle starts.
