Air conditioning problem

Hello friends, I need help with my 2004 partner. When I hold down the air conditioning button, it works. When I release the button, it stops. Thanks in advance.

The switch is broken and can't actively hold the + power button. I need to investigate whether it's sold as a single button or if there's a replacement.
