Air Conditioner And Heater Does Not Blow Hot

Friends Tool 2004 307 XT had no problems with hot or cold until yesterday, but now it blows cold but it doesn't blow hot. Does anyone know what's wrong or happening?

How do you not blow hot or when you turn the control column red and turn on the heater? If nothing blows, the fan may not work.
