Air Conditioner Air Outlet Change

Friends air conditioner air outlet is broken in me, so when I take the places I marked in the picture to the left and right, 1 of them can only move, the others are out of the socket, I do not understand if they are broken, how can I repair them, how can I insert a new one or if it is cheap?
