God, this is a very normal situation. Where's the problem? You should not feel any vibration when the brakes are low. When it brakes too much, the abs will start as soon as any tire starts to lock. Abs doesn't work all the time. It activates only when the tire slides. Are you crazy in detail about how abs is?

Everything may be normal, but nobody claims that these 306s are the same as other ABS vehicles, it has a very different abs from the others.
