They measured mine. They said it shows zero. I came home, filled some of it in a bottle and put it in the freezer at minus 18 degrees. There was no icing the next day. I think don't give credit to things outside. Even use what the factory puts as much as you can.

The factory adjusts antifreeze between -35 and -40 degrees. When we bought a new vehicle, I had it measured by the authorized service - it was 40, ours.
