Hello friends, I bought a Peugeot 2008 2019 model vehicle on July 25th with 50.000 km and it was 1.5 blueh, but 2 months later I learned that these engines produced between 2019-2023 had a cam chain problem. The chain which was 7mm was updated to 8mm, there was a recall for my vehicle too. I went to the service in October and they said there was no problem and the engine oil, oil filter and ecu software were updated. The vehicle is now at 55.000 thousand, but when I first start the car from cold in the morning, I hear a clicking chain sound for 2-3 minutes, it has started to annoy me a lot. Is there a reliable master service in Istanbul where I can have the chain updated to 8mm, I just want to have it done.
