About Peugeot 308 1.6 HDI Auto Premium Pack - 308 (2008-2013)

A friend at work is selling the 2010 model Peugeot 308 diesel automatic 1.6 HDI 110 Hp Premium car. I also intended to buy this vehicle, but I expect your urgent valuable help.
The vehicle is clean and well maintained, and its km is around 100,000 km. It wants 41000 TL for this car and does not go down at the price (Plus I will have to buy 4 summer tires above this price).
Frankly, I have not used Peugeot before and I do not know the models very well. Could you give some idea about models after 2010: premium, premium pack, comfort, comfort pack, which one is better equipped etc.?
When I looked at the advertisements on the internet, I saw the highest price 41000 at the lower km for the premium pack. Since I know the car and don't want to deal with searching for a lot of used cars, I can give 1-2 more, but this price is a bit higher than that.
What is the value of this tool in your opinion?
