About headlight bulb type

I have the 2006 model make-up case 307.
I have this question in my mind, I don't know how the bulbs of the headlights should be, I don't know what the brand should be, how many thousand kelvin, what kind of xenon or whatever, but let me tell you the color I want :)

I want the headlight I just want a white color that can light up everywhere. I don't want ice blue or undersized white.

I want a white light bulb that will not cause any problems during examination or police turns. What should I buy? What is xenon or normal light bulb?
