About Gas Simulator

While I was researching my LPG problem recently, I came across a product like this. "Gas Simulator" for LPG. It is said that this device solves the problem of fuel gauge drop. Anyway, I called the company and held a short meeting with the technician interested in the subject. I could not get very clear information from this meeting, let's say at least about the working principle. The friend I talked to on the phone talked about the function (was not very available :) in general.

Now he stuck in my head, what is the working logic of this tool? When I said to the friend that he was storing the amount of gasoline in the tank and doing an update from ecu again, he said something like him. Frankly, I did not understand, I said to consult you. I thought if we thought about these guys, we would definitely find it :)
