Hello guys, I am new to both the car and the forum. I want to ask something. When the engine oil is low, if we put the new oil on it without draining or replacing the old oil, would there be any problem. By the way, I do not know what the old oil is, since I just bought the car, but I know that the oil I will put will be 5-30. thanks

If the engine performance is good, I recommend using 10w40 if 5w40 is not available, 5w30 remains a bit thin

Elf, Mobil, Total, Castrol in my ranking as Brand

Thank you very much for your answers and suggestions. By the way, does it mean that you can put a new one on it without draining the old oil.

I do not recommend adding 5w30 already in expensive overhead. You take care of oil

Oil
Oil filter
Air filter

I recommend you change the pollen and diesel filter.

You can add if you know the brand and quantity of oil currently in the engine and if there is a serious decrease in engine oil.
But if you don't know about the previous oil, don't add. It is not good to mix different oils.
