Friends, I have a situation that I have been living for 2-3 months. There was a noise when the car was idling. Let me describe the sound like this, it was like the loud sound of the engine running. It cuts off when the clutch is pressed, the normal sound of the engine is heard. Anyway, I researched it, they wrote in many places on the net that it was from the clutch ball. In some places, there are those who say that they have been using it for 2 years, and there is no problem, and some of the masters say that if the clutch ball breaks, you will be stuck on the road. I don't know what stage mine is in right now. They were charged as much as the printing pad replacement fee. It would be more logical to change the already opened print. I don't want to have it done because I am not in a situation right now, but on the other hand, there is a fear that I will be stuck on the road.

Hi sir,

I just changed the pressure pad yesterday, it's a very laborious job and the gearbox goes down completely in a process that takes about 4 - 6 hours. I had the LUK brand fitted while purchasing the clutch set, there was already a ball inside it, and I gave it to the clutch set for 1300 liras. My master bought 1000 liras because he was familiar with it, in some places it can go up to 1500, because the price is long, so it would be beneficial for you to have it disassembled and given 1000 lira and replaced completely until you replace the ball, otherwise it will cost you extra.

same situation with mine. It started making noise after the clutch kit was changed. It's been about 50 thousand km. a sound like ticking, ticking, ticking, ticking. It makes a noise when the gear is in neutral. The noise goes away when you press the clutch.

Valeo is 1056 TL, Original 1.600 TL, but the same Valeo comes out of the original box. I'm thinking of getting this. The master said that there is a gearbox ball and it may be from it, but if it was from it, I think it wouldn't have been cut off when the clutch was pressed.

Did it start 50 thousand km after the clutch was changed, sir? Or just after a new replacement? It's been 3 years since I bought the car, I've done 30 thousand km. I didn't know if it was a sporty use, that is, pressing and pulling the clutch quickly, or if the seller had used it for 3-4 years, it was time for a change.

Isn't the clutch bearing the tiniest round piece in the set, right? If we change the transmission ball while changing this pressure, I wonder if they want extra labor. After all, isn't the gearbox going down while the clutch is changing?

Friends, I went to the master, because the sound was not always there, it was not there at that time. The master got into the vehicle and pushed the gear knob very lightly without pressing the clutch and said, "Is this the sound?" He really made the same sound. There was also a slight smell of pressure inside. This voice said, over time, there is a clawed part in the clutch kit, or it is caused by a slight warping of it. He did not even use the vehicle, without any other attempt, and said, "It's time to change the clutch, let's change". In other words, it seemed to me that he was saying that he had to change in order to get some labor. There is no problem in shifting gears, driving the vehicle, etc. I don't expect the master to say something like this, he doesn't say, "It's okay, keep it up", of course, he needs to earn money.
