About 407 Rneg System - 407

I would like to buy a Rneg device for my friends vehicle, but I would be very happy if our friends who know a few questions can help.

1- Is Peugeot partner rneg2 (rt6) screen compatible with this unit? The socket is the same as Oem no: 9801219480. Can I activate the air conditioner etc?

2- If I install a direct Rneg2 system, can I connect the pc and activate the air conditioner menu?

3- What are your recommendations to someone who wants to start such a job? My car is the Peugeot 407 1.6 hdi Premium edition.
