If there is no other problem,

In general, if there is No Disk warning, there is a small potentiometer next to the laser eye in the device which has many laser readers that are likely to be laser sight. It is a potentiometer similar to the picture below. If you play with this setting, you may be able to read the discs if it is still intact by making minor changes in the perception of the laser.

Good luck with.

Well, if that laser eye is not solid, can it be changed, how can we fix it, is it possible to repair it without professional help?

If that laser eye is defective, there is not much to do, at least if something like the part number can be found around the eye, maybe you can find the opportunity to obtain it from electronic parts sites, not at home but abroad.
But replacement work must be in the hands of the master, because there may be situations that require fine workmanship.

Good luck with.

Maybe I was overlooked, I think there might be a possibility to put the CDs upside down. Sırıtma
