A strange voice on the move

While my friends vehicle is on the move, especially when driving in 1st gear, it sounds like a ringing tone. I am waiting for help.

Yes, it is just doing it on the move as if it is a piece of idle and is touching somewhere.

I think it is unlikely to be from the steering wheel because the sound is cut in 2nd and 3rd gear, but it comes again when passing through an obstacle.

If the rims are hair rims, can you remove the caps and test them.

I think it would be useful for you to have the exhaust joints checked.
Probably it makes more sense than ringing
If there is a small leak / rupture / slit, it can do it
You may hear it because the diode in the 1st gear goes slowly
You probably do it in 2-3-4-5 (if it's exhaust connections) but you may not be hearing because of the speed

V comes from the belt I think the sound. Look at the tensioner ball of the belt.

But if it does from the catalyst, shouldn't it do it when the gas is loaded while the vehicle is stationary? I think it's a problem with the chassis but I couldn't solve it.
