A pure white smoke at first start. 206 1.4 Gasoline

When I first start the car, a very white smoke comes from the exhaust 5 It returns to normal after 6 seconds. When I hold the head of the exhaust and shake it, it clatters like something is in it. As if something was broken inside. Could it have anything to do with it? Or why is this happening?
