508 Start-Stop System

Hello everyone. First of all, I have a 2020 model 1.5 diesel GTLine 508. I bought the car second-hand. Unfortunately, the start-stop function hasn't worked since I bought it. I took it to the service center regarding this problem when the warranty expired. They said they would charge my car's battery and try it, and after charging, they said, "Unfortunately, your car's battery isn't charging above 75%, which is why the start-stop system isn't working." I requested a warranty replacement. However, they refused because it was an extended warranty. So I left the service center. I went to a Bosch service center and they installed a suitable EBF battery for my car. The battery was new, but the start-stop function still didn't work. I thought I'd give it a try. I drove it for about 1500 km on a long road trip. But the start-stop function didn't work even once. I thought I'd do some research online. I read something about the battery needing to be identified to the system, so I went back to the Bosch service center. They plugged my car into a computer and did something about it. Unfortunately, it still didn't work. They said there were error codes in my vehicle, which could be preventing the system from working. I'll try to upload a picture.
