Hello I'm new to the forum. Moderators forgive me if I put the subject in the wrong place. First of all, my vehicle is Peugeot 508 1.6 e-HDI 2012 diesel, at 129000 km. There was a simple oil leak while buying oil filter changed. But even if the oil leak decreased, it was not completely cut. He still missed it, even if it was small. I went to check again. Oil leak appears around the Carter cover. He said the master is missing from the rear crank seal (prediction spoke) said that the engine will descend directly. 5000 ₺ He said it makes an expense. He said it would increase but not decrease. But he said it's not a big deal (for now) You can continue by checking your oil. Periodically, maintenance is enough to change the oil. He said that there is no leak. Checked the car from the dipstick, 75% or something full. The question I'm going to ask now is, is this process really that expensive? It seemed too expensive to me. After all, no big piece is changed, 90% of it is workmanship. Is this much money given? Second, as he said, as long as oil leakage does not increase, is it a problem?

Hello, welcome to us. My teacher, the master has gone a long way, no, the complete engine will refte. Someone who does not know the job does not go around that much. If my teacher downloads it completely, let the father get 1500 TL from 1000 and the room is the most expensive. If there is not much, it will not be a problem. But you'd better find a peugeot master who knows the job.
