508 JBL amp failure

The JBL amp of my 2012 508 vehicle is broken and sometimes it does not work. 3 4 days ago it was completely gone. It was said that there was a malfunction in the speaker output socket. Do you have any expert advice? Or can I find a dating. Thanks
