Hello everyone, I set off from Kastamonu to Istanbul last night with my 2019 model 1.5 BlueHD EAT6 5008. Shortly after, while climbing a hill, the car suddenly lost power and stopped responding to the gas pedal. Even when I pressed the gas pedal all the way down, the car wouldn't accelerate. Shortly after, the engine malfunction warning light came on. At first, I thought it was an AdBlue fault, but it didn't give any warning about an AdBlue fault. Then, I drove back home carefully, without straining the car. The next day, I went to the mechanic. I suspected a turbo malfunction. When the mechanic connected the computer to the car, the fault codes and descriptions were as follows: "P2563" (Turbocompressor. Actuator too open according to reference value), "P11AA" (Air intake circuit. Air overload pressure higher than maximum threshold), "P20A2" (NOX system circuit. Air bleeding fault). Also, when I accelerated while the car was in neutral, I heard a high-pitched whistling sound coming from the turbo. The mechanic basically said it could be because the turbo valve inside the turbo wasn't functioning properly, but since there are no mechanics in Kastamonu who can fix this, he recommended I have it checked in Ankara or Istanbul. The car is insured, and I'll have it towed to Ankara, but is there anyone outside of the authorized service center who understands this kind of work? If anyone has encountered a similar problem and solved it, I would be very grateful for their help. If not, I will share the solution here after I somehow resolve the issue.
