5008 PARKING SENSOR DOES NOT WORK

When I got the car (5008 2011 premium pack) avgo brand multimedia was installed and the steering wheel control does not work and there is no sound from the parking sensors. Will this problem be fixed? Or do I need to find an original tape. If I need to find an original tape, does it necessarily have to have 5008 tape and screen? Will it be the same if I install 3008 or other models? I would be glad if the knowing friends answer.

I also had to remove the avgo existing bike in my vehicle, the parking sensors were gone, the sound of the parking sensors went away, I took it to different multimedicilar, the official did not look anyway, the privates connected the device, etc. As a solution, we removed the battery terminal for 5 minutes and fixed it.
