5008 ELECTRIC LUGGAGE - 5008 (2017-)

Friends, my 2019 model 5008 has an electric trunk. Someone, unaware that it's electric, tried to lift it manually, and now it won't open or close. It opens from the slot, but it won't lift or lower electrically. The foot sensor also works, but it won't lift. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

I have a 2025 model and the same problem happened to me the other day. When I went into the settings, I saw that it was automatically turned off. I activated it again and it was fixed.
