5 cd changer

Good evening, friends, I had CDs in my CD changer, I usually gave it 2 or 3 days later, but it was a week, nothing came out. lamps stop flashing. I will remove the changer, but there is a question in mind, I had trouble in installing the tape on the vehicle. I will be happy if you are.
