I have been putting 5-40 oil in my 207 1.6 petrol vehicle for 4 years, but they don't sell 5-40 oil anymore. should i get 5-30 instead? Or should I continue to buy 5-40 from the oil office?

I suggest you use Mobil x1 5w40 full synthetic oil.
