Hello everyone. I bought my car from the Peugeot Aktif İriyıl dealership on 19.12.2023. The seat heaters have not been working since the day I bought it. Since the weather was hot in Istanbul in those days, they said, "If the air temperature does not drop below a certain level, it won't work." That's how Peugeot made the car(!) At first, we said okay and moved on. I went to Ankara and saw -2 in Bolu, I turned it on and it didn't work. The service in Ankara said that the car interior was hot, that's why it didn't work :) I left the car at the door for 2 days, I turned on the seat heaters directly without turning on the heater and the result was the same. When I returned to Istanbul, I took it to the service where I bought it. At first, they said they updated the software etc. but the result did not change. The second time, they said Peugeot made these cars like this and there was nothing we could do. On the third time, they said it was a manufacturing defect, bro, but we can't report it to France etc. It's a joke :) According to him, Peugeot produced these GT packages faulty. My friend and I bought our cars on the same day. He bought the Allure package, and his heated seats work perfectly. I reached out to someone who owns the same car, and they said it works perfectly over the phone. I'm meeting with someone tomorrow. We'll test the cars side by side. If his is actually working properly, I'll go to the dealership and show it to them. They've turned me off from the car I bought brand new in two months.
