407 Steering gear malfunction

Hello, I heard a "click - click - click" sound that I noticed at the entrance of the car park, which was spiraling down in the morning today, when the steering wheel was picked up, the sound was cut. then I heard it again while maneuvering while parking. Does anyone have the idea of exactly where the sound is coming from?
