Hello. my vehicle is 407 1.6 hdi. There is a speed problem in my vehicle that I cannot understand. The vehicle does not go straight on after 170. but if it is downhill, it sees 190 or 200. but it doesn't go over 170 on the highway on a straight road, is that normal?

I think it's normal. My vehicle is also not going from 170-180 on the straight road.

even factory data show 190. Abnormally not more than 170 on straight road. the car is not officially gone. I want to have a chip for this reason

So I shouldn't have a problem, right? I was tortured myself because there was a problem with me. Though the case is heavy, but I thought that 1.6 engine should make a car 190 in the end. I was sorry when I didn't go after 170. Then I don't worry if you have the same thing :)

now it is like this but i did 200 on the way of adapazarı so i dont get locked in 170 i think you look at a print balata so you can decide it is missing i think it will be close to 1.5 tonnes in my car i think i will look at the press pad again this month

basskı balata changed 2 months ago. you have a mistake
Net Weight of 307 : 1339 kg
Net Weight of 407: 1437 kg
there are approximately 100 kilos more. Bidet I tried this experiment when the car was 5 people including me, which is loaded. In my experiment on the straight road, why did not exceed 170, in this experiment there were 5 people in the vehicle. My question is that this value is correct in this type of engine rather than comparing 307 to 407.

The vehicle's brain has a recorded value as the maximum speed limit. I don't know if this value will be factory exited, but you can make this value 255 with the Peugeot Planet 2000 system. 255 is the number used to make the speed limit deactivated.

Can you give more information about this? Where is it done, how is it done, is there any harm? can we do it ourselves? Is this something like a chip?

How do you open the planetary 2000 system exactly? The 255 speed cruse contorl looks like I can see it when upgrading with hand throttle. 192 km of speed in factory data

Peugeot Planet 2000 system is a system in authorized services that allows you to read and write data from your vehicle with a computer. With this system, any error codes in the vehicle can be read and deleted. At the same time, many parameters can be modified. Actually, it is not possible to describe this system in two lines. If there is time, I make a detailed statement.

You can't see this value anywhere except Peugeot Planet 2000. It is a value written in the vehicle's brain. But you can change it. There is no harm.

At this point, I don't want to be misunderstood, maybe there is another problem. I just wrote the first to my mind. Maybe when you read this value in your vehicle, you will see 255 already. My goal is that I only want you to be aware of such a thing.

If there are certain limits, let's say the car does not exceed 190 in the downhill gear locked in 190, does the car hurt itself?

I think it works with speed limiter logic.

Hello my friend. Although there is no problem with its engine, its history is not very clean. or as if necessary care has not been taken ...
my vehicle reaches a net speed of 195 km / h on the straight road. It was the same when I first bought it, before I installed the chip (power box) ... moreover, I reach this speed with my 245-40-18 rims ... the engine seems pretty tired ...

hello maximus. Are you satisfied with the powerbox in your vehicle? My vehicle is now at 144 thousand km. also your rims are not big speed wheels, right?

speed rim ...?
what is that? I heard first time...!!!
I am very pleased with the power box, I would recommend it to you, however;
it would be nice if you updated the profile information ...

When I say speed rim its performance is not better so I mean it

my friend, there is nothing like performance rim, speed rim. As the rim size grows, the part and diameter that will hit the ground will increase, so the friction force will increase. this will tire the vehicle, make it heavier and cause it to burn a little more ... after installing my 18-inch rim that I have not given up, I use the power box to get rid of this problem because there is a considerable power contribution ... +30 HP)
Well, if you say there was something quickly related, there was a performance tire. relates to teeth and patterns ...

Which brand do you suggest, is it racechip or power box? During the writing that the powerbox made 130 hp. racechip is doing 137 hp or something. which is better? And after this chip, did you have any problems with your engine? There is no black smoke. one of the users said it will stop if you root it on the gas while it is loaded on the slope. what are your experiences?

Actually, it was too heavy to stop and load ... but not immediately. I pushed it for a very long time. air conditioning was also on. I was on my way. and black smoke ...
Actually, I am looking for the answer to this question, but there is no diesel and power box on this site ... so I have a lack of knowledge about it.
I'm asking you now. what is the reason of stopping and black smoke when it is loaded, why is it caused? how to solve this problem If you have any information, would you share it?
