407 ESP and CC problem

So yesterday, I joined the 2006 model 1.6HDI Executive. my first impressions for the vehicle are very positive; I bought the car from Konya and I can say that I have made the most comfortable car travel in my life until Ankara; but I also encountered a problem and thought that maybe I can get help and ideas from here: I fixed the speed to 100 with the cruise control, then when I entered the rest facilities, I pressed the brake without leaving the cruise control, it was not a very hard brake, ABS was not activated either; I stopped the vehicle and when I started it again after 15 minutes, ESP did not start up and gave an error on the screen, and then said something like "faulty" about the cruise control. When I came to Ankara, I went to the service and connected the computer, they deleted the error. Again, it was going normally, and when I slowed down in the light and stopped completely, ESP again gave a warning, it also gave the cruise control error message. air pressure pressures correct?

Tire pressure says okay while performing system checks before turning the ignition and starting the starter; so it's not a tire problem.
