I have a 2006 model 407 executive ... the left side of my vehicle's double-sided air conditioner does not heat up, it works like a fan, and my cold warm wife blows air. There is no problem on the right side. ... I first noticed this situation on the long road, but as the mileage of the vehicle increased, I started to warm up on the left side ... because I did not know the car very much (because I bought a new one) I thought it was in the settings ... but yesterday I opened both sides in the city again at maximum ...
