407 air conditioner problem - 407

2006 1.6 My HDI comfort vehicle is deactivated in 1st gear, the air conditioner compressor is deactivated and gets activated after speeding up . The service says normal, but how can it be normal? When I stopped in the city, I almost said that the air conditioner does not work at all. Hard or soft start-up does not matter. Air conditioner compressor is deactivated in first gear. But there is a problem. I decided to make a share here because there is someone who has a problem like this and who knows the solution.
