407 2.7hdi coupe Indicator Failure

I have a Peugeot 407 2.7 hdi coupe, its foreign-entry engine was completely new, all the fault lights are on while it is in motion, but there is no problem in the vehicle. I wonder if there are masters in Adana who can help.
