407 1.6hdi Turbo Solenoid Valve(N75) Problem

Maybe because of the malfunction of this, I had the turbo done 2-3 times. he made the last fault after he had a brand new engine. so now i think something else is causing it but what? Has anyone encountered a similar situation? Or what could cause this sensor to fail?
