308 VTI heater problem

Due to the cold weather last week, I noticed that the car's heater is not heating. What are the steps to follow about it? Has anyone experienced this before?

if there is air in the system. another option, if the previous owners used it without antifreeze, it may cause clogging when used antifreeze for long periods of time.
