308 T9 driver seat belt buckle

Hello. I own a 2017 Peugeot 308 T9. My car has a seat belt buckle problem. The seat belt light turns off when I apply pressure on the seat belt. There is probably a lack of contact where the seat belt is attached. For now, I've removed the seat belt connector from under the seat. It doesn't give a warning. I took it to the master and he was told that the apparatus to which the seat belt was attached would be removed and a new one would be installed. Is there any possibility of repair?
