There is no solution to this. I have the same situation. My phone is android. The vehicle cannot always capture phone book data with bluetooth. Sometimes it just looks like a trick. Sometimes missing characters, sometimes the name appears. In other words, the vehicle may not be able to capture this information on every connection from the phone.
