308 Speed Stabilization Problem

Hello guys, about a month ago, I bought a 308 of the 2008 model 1.6 HDI 90. My vehicle has a cruise control handle but it does not work. Or I couldn't get it to work. When I turn the ball in the middle, the speed stabilization text appears on the screen but it says off. I press the button at the end of the arm, plus or minus, the part where the speed will be written is flashing.
Friends don't have cruise control in my vehicle? Or is there a cold? When I bought the car, they did not say anything I had taken to the service.

The vehicle must be in 4th or 5th gear for cruise control to work.

By pressing + or - in 4th or 5th gear, you fix your current speed, you can decrease or increase your speed by pressing + or -.

As my friend says, try on 4 gears and 60 km speed. If it still does not work, have the brake sensor checked. If the brake sensor is defective, the cruise control will not work.

The lowest speed at which speed stabilization will be activated over the hour is marked with red line. I do not have the current 407, but in my previous seat, for example, there was red line in 30 km and it was engaged in he4 gear.
