308 parts and my questions

1- Last week, our master washed the maf sensor with brake lining spray. Since then, it has been giving an error with a code like 1104. The master connected it to the device and said, if there is no problem with the traction, use it like this, no problem. (he said smugly because we washed it with a spray) Can this sensor be saved? Or should we buy new? If so, which brand should we buy?

2- Behind the front wheel of the car, above the hood, I think there is an iron attached to the upper chassis with a crossmember. This iron came off, I disassembled it and threw it in the trunk. But when I looked to the right, it wasn't there at all. Probably the previous owner threw it out and didn't buy a new one. Can I find this iron? What should I ask in the fragment?

3- The handle in the left door is broken. It creates a problem when we grab and pull the door to close it. Can we buy this handle without the upholstery? I searched the net a bit but couldn't find it. (there are advertisements with the complete door interior trim)
