308 Multimedia problem - 308 (2008-2013)

Hello friends,

I just joined you and there is a multimedia radio radio feedback, etc. pictured below. it works without problems, but when I open the navi, the windows window opens and gives an error.

Also during the day, sometimes the screen is almost invisible, when the lights are on and off, sometimes the image comes to life and sometimes it does not improve. It seems that there is a frosted glass on the screen ... :(
