308 Led Stop and Diffuser

For my 2011 308, I have a Led stop search. I did a short research but I couldn't come across. Is there any area, wearer, brand advice?

Second, you know, there are no diffusers on our rear bumpers. It goes straight down. I want to install a diffuser for the double outlet exhaust outlet from the left. Does anyone who has taken action in this regard or will help to install a diffuser without changing the existing bumper?

Meanwhile, my vehicle is a comfort pack. I think there was a diffuser in the premium .. so I wanted to specify.
