308 Jerky gearshift - 308 (2008-2013)

Hello there,

I have a 2014 model 308 (new chassis) 1.2 fully automatic gasoline vehicle.

When we start the car for the first time in the morning, the gear changes are extremely jerky. Transitions to 1 and 2 are very bad.

Also, the car pushes itself forward in the 4-5 passes (as if I'm stepping on extra gas).

The situation does not seem normal to me, I took it to the service 4 times, but they did not find a problem. Do you think this is normal? What would be your advice?
