308 Interesting Sound ... - 308 (2008-2013)

I have a 2008 model 1.6 308 HDI Comfort bi car .. my problem is that when the car is running, it sounds like a "hush" die on the left side of the speedometer section on the dashboard. .

last time again I noticed something when my ear was plugged into the sound .. when the brake presses, the sound disappears .. but when the brake stops, i hear that sound again ..

I wonder if I have experienced this problem before .. or what sound can it make about the brake ??
