308 hdi flywheel sounds

Hello friends,
I have 2011 model 308 1.6 hdi 112hp. The carsamba day we changed, I changed the printing pad of my vehicle. however, there was no sound or phrase about the volant before the process started. After changing the pressure pad, there is a blinking sound when starting the vehicle. I asked the master, the volant failed, but nothing said. There are two main topics that I want to ask you. The first one is the flywheel is broken as a result of an error when changing the pressure pad. secondly, would it be a problem if we continue to get into the vehicle in this case?

Note: I am a person who gets on the vehicle very carefully, I can immediately notice the slightest sound changes, I already noticed that sound.
