Hello everyone, I need your opinion on an issue that has been annoying me for about 1.5 years but I could not find a solution. My vehicle is 2012 model, 1.6 diesel sportium. In 2019, it is time to change discs and pads. Domestic production lining and Bosch brand disc were installed. I have observed a considerable increase in braking distance. In the future, even if we rooted the brake, it became almost impossible to stop the vehicle. I decided to replace the pads again, and a high-pitched noise came from the brake until I replaced it. But it is such a noise that you are ashamed to brake, making the traffic moan. I went to the service, they said it was caused by the supplier industry linings and they changed the linings. Braking distance improved, but the sound did not improve, this time I went again, they said the disc, we changed the disc, the sound did not pass, they said the caliper, we said ok, it still did not improve. I complained about the service, they sent technical personnel from the general directorate. He said that the new pads made noise due to the removal of the coal inside the pads, supposedly he put on the second quality pad of Peugeot, the noise was gone, but the braking distance is very bad. I said put back the noisy pads, they put it on, and unfortunately I still use these pads just for good braking distance. But I could not find what the sound originated from. In this process, we took the vehicle to almost 7-8 more masters, they could not detect the problem. As far as I have noticed lately; I pay attention to the echo of the sound of the vehicle from the median while driving close to the central median, the echo sound as if there is friction of metal. I wonder if anyone had a similar problem or had any idea about it?

Hello, my teacher, I have changed the brake fluid. otherwise the 308 brakes are very, very good compared to most hb vehicles I use.

[QUOTE = sonerkyl] <span style = "font-size: 14.6667px;"> Hello my teacher, I have changed the brake fluid. I think I also recommend that you change the brake hydraulic oil. otherwise the 308 brakes are very, very good compared to most hb cars I use. </span> [/ QUOTE] I agree with your opinion about good brakes, I could not establish the connection between brake fluid and brake noise? At first it did not come to my mind, of course. Pressure is applied to the pad by means of brake fluid, increasing the friction between disc and pad. Meanwhile, there is a high-pitched and violent voice emerging. I often hear this when the disc / pad is cold. When I travel a little further, I hear it occasionally (when I brake) when the disc is cold. You may be paying attention in the traffic, you are probably the vehicles that make noise, this sound in me is quite loud as we hear in other vehicles. Sometimes I'm ashamed to brake lights

Sir, this type of problems can occur because the brake fluid loses its feature over time. I hear the voice you say yes many times. your problem may be in something else. I wonder if there may be a problem with the front carrier or hub. no chills etc. Do you have it https://www.otoyedekmarket.com/urun/peugeot-308-on-teker-poryasi

No flickering. Is it a tremor in the steering wheel while driving or a vibration felt from the pedal during braking? It can also be caused by the front carrier, I didn't think about that before. Although not only me, all masters who say we can handle it, could not possibly think.
