307sw interior cleaning and ceiling fabric change

The 2006 model windows I bought in July were used with open windows, a cigarette was smoked inside, and the interior was slightly offended. Although the seat upholstery was firm and smooth, it was very dirty. the trunk was used too much and was extremely dirty, including the roof. the ceiling could not lift another cleaning, it was left to leave. industry cleaners did not guarantee the ceiling. 300 TL was requested for ceiling fabric replacement and 150 TL for detailed cleaning. one of my relatives recommended someone familiar, the devoted destiny had a week of gratitude for me and the process began. the photos below are NOT in the order of processing.

the seats are dismantled (the seats are disassembled and their fabrics are removed for machine washing)




The interior of the vehicle was stripped, including the door handles, floor-luggage rugs, door handles (not removed yet in the picture).




All plastic materials such as floor plastics, sun visors, roof lamps, handles, door handles, column plating plastics, airbag covers are removed and washed with special shampoo. (no picture available)



I smoked the new fabric of the ceiling so that it did not get dirty immediately.

sequence of operations:

1.) The plastic parts that hold the ceiling such as all handles, lamps (sockets), sun visors, belts in the ceiling were removed, the ceiling was lowered and raised to a suitable place.
2.) All the screws holding the curtain mechanism were removed and the mechanism was taken to the workshop as a whole. After examining the curtain mechanism, our master removed the moving parts after understanding the system.
3.) Appropriate fine fabric, bali, thinner sanding etc. materials were taken. 3 parts of the curtain were sanded and cleaned and covered.
4.) When the curtain mechanism was finished, it was attached to the vehicle and the remaining roof was covered.
5.) Door poles, columns, all plastic, carpet fabric in the vehicle were removed. The seats were separated from their fabrics in the workshop and given to the washer. was given to the washer on the carpets.
6.) The plastics were gleamed.
7.) ceiling, washed fabrics and carpets were replaced.
8.) ended with general cleaning and polishing process.
